Amends the mental health regulations 2015 regarding the definition of prescribed state authority.

These regulations are the mental health amendment regulations 2019. These regulations come into operation as follows β regulations 1 and 2 β on the day on which these regulations are published in the gazette; the rest of the regulations β on the day after that day. These regulations amend the mental health regulations 2015. In regulation 19(1) delete βthe definition of prescribed state authority in section 573(1)(a)β and insert: paragraph (a) of the definition of prescribed state authority in section 573(1). In regulation 19(2) delete βthe definition of prescribed state authority in section 573(1)(b)β and insert: paragraph (b) of the definition of prescribed state authority in section 573(1)
