These regulations are the mental health amendment regulations (no. 2) 2018. These regulations come into operation as follows: regulations 1 and 2 on the day on which these regulations are published in the gazette; the rest of the regulations on the day after that day. These regulations amend the mental health regulations 2015. In regulation 4a(3) in the table after the item relating to rebecca elizabeth shirley anglin insert: Smitha bhaduri med0002167507.
