Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by Regulation 48A of the Navigable Waters Regulations 1958, I hereby declare the following area to be a water ski area for the times stated— Swan River. All the waters between the Narrows Bridge and Elizabeth Quay North of the marked navigational channel bounded by a line commencing at navigation marker located at 31°57.734′S, 115°50.955′E, thence to navigational marker located at 31°57.650′S, 115°51.159′E.
