Amends the Road Traffic Code 2000 to regulate driver behavior near stationary incident response vehicles.

These regulations amend the Road Traffic Code 2000, inserting Division 6A regarding stationary incident response vehicles. Drivers approaching such vehicles must drive at a safe speed, move to another lane if possible, and not exceed 40 km/h when passing. Exceptions apply on two-way carriageways when the vehicle is on the opposite side.
