Exempts a person from regulations 48A(2) and 49 of the Navigable Waters Regulations 1958 while operating a personal watercraft (PWC) for tow-in surfing, subject to conditions regarding age, safety equipment, and activity restrictions. Revokes instrument WAMA-2023-206268.
