Exemption from compliance with certain speed restrictions for safety and support vessels under the control of a bona fide member or event official of a Yachting WA affiliated club. The navigation is in the area of the Swan River between the Belmont waterski area and the Fremantle Traffic Bridge or the area of the Canning River between the Shelley Bridge and a line proceeding directly downstream from the southern-most point of Salter Point to the opposite shore.
