Exempts sailboard riders participating in Yachting Western Australia (Inc.) wave windsurfing events from certain safety equipment requirements under the Navigable Waters Regulations 1958, subject to conditions including adherence to YWA risk management documents, event listing on the Australian Sailing WA Coastal Calendar within 4 nautical miles of the mainland shore, and compliance with relevant regulations. Revokes instrument WAMA-2024-207261.
