Graeme Meinema, Director Waterways Safety Management, exempts masters of Off the Beach Boats participating in Yachting WA events from certain provisions of the Navigable Waters Regulations 1958, subject to conditions including proximity to shore and adherence to safety rules. This revokes instrument WAMA-2024-206370 and is in force until 1 August 2027 unless revoked sooner.
