These regulations amend the Environmental Protection (Clearing of Native Vegetation) Regulations 2004. They define 'intensive land-use zone' and set out fees for area and purpose permit applications under section 51E(1)(c) of the Act, based on the application area and whether it falls within the intensive land-use zone. The CEO may reduce, waive or refund fees.
