These regulations amend the Environmental Protection (Clearing of Native Vegetation) Regulations 2004 regarding publication and confidentiality of clearing permit applications and related documentation. The CEO must keep certain information confidential, including BSB and bank account numbers, and may keep other matters confidential, such as information about Aboriginal sites and threatened species.
